by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mass It's All
Here and Experience.Inc.

This service is part of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Talent Retention Initiative and is
designed to bring students together with Massachusetts' businesses, non-profits and government
agencies seeking interns. Not only will hiring an intern or interns directly benefit your organization,
but many studies have indicated that increasing the retention rate of appropriately-skilled workers
is critical to a region's economic growth and that internships provide an excellent vehicle for
achieving this goal.

Thousands of students have already registered to use this site and view opportunities. More
